Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return. -

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. -
Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Famextop is not liable for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
