Return Policy

At Famextop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns
   You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

2. How to Process a Return
   To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at Info@fitztop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back.

3. Refunds
   Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Return Shipping
   You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Famextop is not liable for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
